How Racket iQ handles personal data collected through this website.

Who we are
This website is operated by Racket iQ, based at Fruebjergvej 3, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark, and is the data controller for personal data collected through the site. For any question about your data, contact info@racketiq.io.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, club or company name, an optional phone number and your message. We store a hashed version of your IP address for fraud review, never the address itself. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect usage statistics as described below.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about Racket iQ, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling the request you sent us. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are stored in our own systems and copied into Attio, the CRM our sales team uses, so we can track and answer them. Transactional email is delivered through Mailgun. Both act as processors on our behalf and neither uses your data for its own purposes.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. The tag loads on every page but starts with storage consent denied, so nothing is written to your device and no identifiers are stored until you accept. While consent is denied, Google still receives a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, with advertising identifiers redacted and the page address withheld. Once you accept, IP addresses are anonymised and advertising features stay disabled. You can withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for a limited period and deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@racketiq.io. You can withdraw your analytics consent whenever you like, and you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
